Marketing Assistant Our client is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join their marketing team. This role will support marketing activities across their group of brands and its associated companies. The right candidate will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, managing events/exhibitions, maintaining CRM systems, and creating engaging digital and print content. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and willingness to grow and learn more. Key Responsibilities Assist in the planning, organisation, and execution of exhibition shows and trade events, ensuring seamless delivery and brand consistency. Manage and update CRM systems to support marketing campaigns and customer engagement. Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, digital content, and social media assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Support digital marketing activities, including social media management, email marketing, and website updates. Collaborate with sales and product teams to create compelling content and promotional materials. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations. Assist with general administrative tasks related to marketing operations. Key Requirements Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within manufacturing or B2B industries. Hands-on experience in organising and managing exhibition shows and trade events. Proficiency in CRM systems. Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously. High attention to detail and a creative mindset. Strong organisational and time management skills. Desirable Skills Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media advertising. Experience with Social media marketing – Meta, Linkedin & Youtube Basic knowledge of website content management systems – Preferably WordPress. Video editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva or similar. Additional pay: Yearly inflationary adjustments and company bonuses plus personal merit-based increases. Salary: £25,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Office Based You will live within a reasonable commute to the West Byfleet area
