The Pullman Dining Train usually operates 4 Lunchtime services per week including weekends during the main operating season, we also have 10 Friday evening services this season and additional winter services. You will work more hours per week during the main operating season (24th March to 2nd November 2025) and less during the winter period.
The Pullman Dining Team provides a fine dining experience for up to 110 guests on each trip. As a key member of the team, you will assist the Pullman Head Chef to prepare, cook and serve passengers their pre-ordered meals. Once trained, you would be available to cover in the head chef’s absence.
