Responsible for the picking and distribution of materials to different production areas enabling adherence to production schedules. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Operating a forklift truck to move and rearrange stock and ensure that products are accurately recorded and stored safely. - Picking the required parts/ materials to production schedule requirements and reviewing for accuracy. - Producing parts/ material 'kits' to production schedule requirements. - Checking the line feed supply as required. - Ensure that orders are picked in line with 'first in first out' principles. - Undertake cycle counts. - Keep the management informed of any problems. - Undertake general housekeeping duties within the warehouse to 5S standards. - Assist with housekeeping in the yard. - Ensure a safe working environment. - Support the Plan for Every Part Coordinator on ad hoc projects as required. - Participate in the annual inventory count and audit. - Take an active role in Perfect Execution activities as required. - Whilst undertaking duties, ensure that all Company policy and procedures are adhered to (including HSE and Quality).
