About the Role:
We’re looking for a Technical Sales Support professional to join our team and play a key role in supporting the sales process from a technical standpoint. This role is ideal for someone with a background in engineering who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and providing the behind-the-scenes support that helps sales teams succeed.
You’ll act as the link between customers, sales, and engineering—providing product knowledge, preparing technical quotations, and ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to the sales team and customers throughout the sales cycle
* Respond to technical enquiries and help customers identify the right products or solutions for their needs
* Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and supporting documentation
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
* Liaise with internal departments (engineering, production, purchasing) to confirm product capabilities, lead times, and pricing
* Support the sales team with presentations, technical data, and documentation during client meetings (when needed)
* Maintain records of quotes, customer interactions, and feedback using the CRM system
