Main Tasks and responsibilities
• Operate and manage Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
• Prepare food, clean, tidy, restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
• Follow all food safety, licensing and health and safety policies to work safely
• Ordering and inventory
Supporting other Crew Members /Leaders with:
• Helping guests and creating positive experiences
• Manage hotel room inventory and checking guests in/out the Moxy way
• Manage all bills and payments correctly
• Promote and support the Moxy brand and the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
• Training team for their development

• Clear communicator fluent in English (and other languages a plus)
Useful Experience
• Experience within the service industry
• Management experience with leading the team
• Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera and/or Micros
• Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws is a plus
• Personal experience of travel and travel industry
