SC Cleared PMO Project Manager
Client: BAE Systems
Duration: 12 months
Rate: £20 PAYE or £26.39 Umbrella
Working Arrangements: Barrow in Furness (Minimum 2 days every fortnight on-site, subject to change based on business needs)
About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for managing PM&C processes on small projects or work packages within larger, more complex projects. You will also support Project Managers in various aspects of PM&C, ensuring effective project planning, monitoring, and risk control.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with strong project management and risk analysis skills to contribute to key initiatives within our organisation.
Knowledge & Experience:
Strong project management background with technical expertise.
Experience in risk management within PM&C.
Comprehensive understanding of PM&C policies, processes, and governance.
Knowledge of business processes, procedures, and project management tools.
Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliverables.
Intermediate project reporting and scheduling skills.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to mentor and support junior staff.
Qualifications:
A university degree or equivalent practical experience.
APM Project Management Qualification (or equivalent) preferred.
SC Clearance is highly advantageous.
