Salary: £27,656.65 per annum (actual salary may vary based on position)

We are looking for an inspiring Key Stage 2 Phase Leader to join our dynamic and friendly team at Maiden Beech Primary Academy. At Maiden Beech Primary Academy, we aim to provide a rich and varied education for all of our students. The Role:
As Key Stage 2 Phase Leader, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the learning and development of our students. You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of teachers, oversee the delivery of the curriculum, and work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high standards of teaching and learning across the phase. You will be instrumental in shaping the academic experience and supporting the personal growth of our Key Stage 2 pupils.
