Family Law Solicitor |South Gloucestershire| Full Time / Part Time will be considered | 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (office hours). They are looking for a Family Law Solicitor who is Newly Qualified or above. This is an exciting opportunity for a Family Law Solicitor looking for personal and career development opportunities in a modern and dynamic Firm.
Are you the right person for the job?
The successful Family Law solicitor will demonstrate expertise in dealing with Family matters, including:Divorce
Children matters
Financial matters
Able to manage your own case load and work with a high degree of independence.
Knowledge of Litigation would be advantageous.
Strong IT skills and experience working with a case management system.
Have knowledge of Solicitors' Accounting Regulations.
Be a team player.
The ability to support and work with a friendly small team in a niche high street Solicitors' office.
Able to build and maintain good rapport with clients, as well as provide clear and accurate advice.What will your role look like?
Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and children matters
Work independently with minimal supervision, while contributing to a supportive team environment
Provide clear, practical legal advice to clients in a compassionate and professional manner
Attend court hearings and represent clients when required
Maintain accurate records using a case management system
Liaise with clients, third parties, and colleagues in a timely and efficient manner
