We're looking for a Graduate MEP Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team based in Basingstoke.

As a Graduate MEP Quantity Surveyor, you will assist in managing all aspects of the contractual and financial side of MEP projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience, receive mentorship from experienced professionals, and develop a strong foundation in MEP quantity surveying.
Your day to day will include:
* Assist in the management of all aspects of the contractual and financial side of MEP projects.
* Assisting in preparing and managing MEP project budgets, cost plans, and cost estimates
* Supporting in the measurement and interim valuation of work done on-site ensuring timely and accurate billing.
* Helping prepare and submit MEP tenders and contract documents.

When you join, you will be enrolled onto our graduate scheme. The programme will take 2 years to complete and has been designed to equip you with the skills you need to excel in your chosen profession and help you achieve professional membership or chartership.

What are we looking for?
We're looking for people due to graduate in 2025, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
The role of Graduate MEP Quantity Surveyor is great for you if:
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
* Basic understanding of Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health quantity surveying principles and practices.
* Hold or working towards a relevant and current CSCS Card
* Must hold Full UK Drivers Licence
