Job Description: We are seeking a Territory Manager who will play a crucial role in driving sales of our loupes and light systems with superior magnification and resolution to healthcare clinicians while building and maintaining relationships in the following areas in England: London & South East East Anglia The ideal candidate appreciates the freedom and control while being celebrated for their successes with big rewards Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategically develop and implement a territory plan to meet or exceed sales goal. Build and maintain strong customer relationships in assigned territory to become a trusted advisor and support company branding efforts. Utilize CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory. Stay informed on products, technologies, and competitive activity to support sales. Deliver product presentations, and demonstrations, and provide post-sale technical support to healthcare clinicians. Identify customer needs and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territory. Collaborate with various departments including Customer Care, Technical Support, and Manufacturing to ensure prompt and quality customer service is provided. Contribute to product innovation by obtaining insight from healthcare clinicians and working with others and contributing new ideas. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional material. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide valuable insights to the management team. Attend dental trade shows and academia events to promote and sell products. Travels domestically (ground/air) up to 50%. Job Requirements: Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience required in dental or medical sector. Skills and Abilities: Ability to travel up to 50% via land or air required. Ability to learn business systems (i.e. CRM software and other sales tools) required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills required. Ability to build and maintain good rapport and handle situations with confidence, tact, and resourcefulness required. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills required. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook required.
