What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading and developing a high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver outstanding customer service.
* Ensuring stations are safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly.
* Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and trade unions.
* Driving performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.
* Managing station operations, financial controls, and compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For:
* A people-focused leader who can motivate and develop a team.
* Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Experience in managing teams in a customer-facing environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
* Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and health & safety legislation (or willingness to learn).
Please note this role can at times involve irregular hours and on-call commitment.

Due to this role being safety critical, candidates that pass the screening process will need to complete and successfully pass our online testing.
This is a safety critical role and so the successful candidate will be required to undergo a safety critical medical appointment that includes vision and hearing tests along with a drug and alcohol test.
