We are looking to appoint a Project Manager to help the business deliver change initiatives successfully and in a controlled manner. Due to the nature of this role we are seeking a candidate who is within commutable distance of our Leeds head office. ABOUT THE ROLE To be the lead in the Change team for projects. The scope of the Change function includes system and business development projects, small change, and embedding operational excellence initiatives. This role will be our internal specialist on project delivery. Example projects we will undertake include build of a new state-of-the-art website to stand out from the market, system transformations (e.g. HR, Payroll, L&D, Risk, Medications, Finance), and revolutionising reporting self-service via a datalake and reporting tools. Major projects will have six to seven figure budgets and involve working across the business (head office and homes) on high profile initiatives that help us to achieve our ‘Aspiring for Excellence’ mission.
