Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a sector-leading company specialising in fire and security systems in the South London area who are looking for a brand new Operations Support Manager to join their team covering reactive, remedial and small works calls ensuring delivery as per the contracted KPI's on the contract.
Duties:
* Managing incoming reactive, remedial and small works calls so that calls are attended too within the contractual guidelines from the engineer teams.
* Managing calls over 10 days old that are of an exception and outside of customer KPI
* Implementation of specialist subcontractor works if required
* Enforce company policy on Health & Safety
* Responsibility for complying with and implementing the Q&E management system within their area of activity
* Any other relevant duties as appropriate to the role as assigned by the Contract Manager
* Holiday cover, covering Contract Manager and Operations Support Manager
* Post Inspections, attend a percentage of calls that have been completed to ensure high levels of engineer performance
* Hybrid role with 50% office/home based & 50% field based
Key Performance Areas:
* Weekly review of timesheets
* Reporting issues to Contract Manager
* Evaluating performance and providing feedback
* To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications needed:
* A good technical knowledge on Fire, Door entry, Access control and CCTV systems
* Must have hands on experience of working with engineering teams
* Experience of Health & Safety requirements
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
