Job Description
About the Role
We partner with one of the leading global sports brands, to deliver a dedicated team of producers globally. Working with the internal Comms and Storytelling Team producers to deliver end-to-end strategic and operational marketing services across the entire global comms journey. Being an extension of your partners, you are expected to deliver high-quality productions that fulfil the creative vision and improve the creative opportunity.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract based in London.
Responsibilities:
* Manage partners internally & externally as a client-facing role
* Provide progress updates and escalating
* Understanding of production trends, costs & wow
* Lead budget management, and cost negotiations at multiple production levels, of 500k+ million Euros per production.
* Bids, estimates, cost negotiations, PO management & tracking production costs
* Handle legal clearances, insurance and usage rights
* Manage multiple production timelines and deliver on time in full
* Provide ongoing updates/forecasting in tracking docs
* Ensure paperwork is consolidated and filled during and after the shoot.
* Final reconciliations including archiving
* Understand enforce any compliance to policies
* Keep an on set attendance, 40% travel globally often last minute & for longer periods
* Uphold + enforce high standards for all deliverables
* Production resource network, music management, post-production
* Compliance & Governance of client wow and guidelines
* Understand the "line" & partnership between two organisations
* Cascade Jellyfish business communication & implementation Jellyfish processes
* Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
Qualifications:
* 3+ years' experience in cross-media (print, digital and TV) shoot production.
* Able and willingness to travel
* Fluent English & Spanish. Additional languages: Spanish + Italian + German
* Experience with international athletes, celebrities, fashion brands & management
* Experience with marketing industries, processes and communication channels
* Experience with operating model, global strategy, company priorities
