Job summary The role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Recovery Support Worker in Russell Clinic the rehabilitation and recovery inpatient ward, based at Wonford House, Exeter. You will be working with a dynamic, motivated and skilled team to provide occupation therapy interventions to adults who experience complex psychosis. About you This post is suitable for an experienced Recovery Support Worker with experience of working in an inpatient setting, or someone with experience of working with people with enduring mental health diagnosis. Effective communication is an essential skill for this role, so we expect you to have excellent verbal and written skills. You will be expected to keep clinical records up to date and be proactive in engaging with service users. You will often work under pressure and without direct supervision, so we are looking for someone confident and capable. You will prioritise tasks, and work as part of the team to coordinate activities from a therapeutic timetable.
