The Role
This exciting and rewarding role will provide you with significant scope for growth and innovation within a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals. Build Recovery In the Community (BRIC).
Your role will include:
1. Delivering excellent drug and alcohol services to people and their significant others, including family members, friends, and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.
2. Provide operational management and service delivery through effective leadership and deployment of staff and resources.
3. Recruit, train, and nurture volunteers, peer mentors, and service user representatives to build capacity and visible recovery across the County.
4. Create pathways within i-access service for ETE opportunities including Via’s Recovery in Action (RIA) programmes.
5. Lead on i-access Outreach and Re-Engagement service to maximise positive treatment outcomes.
6. Develop partnerships with stakeholders who support our aims to develop opportunities for people.
7. Engage and create strong partnerships with the voluntary and community sector (VSC), including Job Centres, Work programmes, local businesses, and employers.
8. Lead on Via’s award-winning Capital Card scheme.
The Service
i-access is an integrated service delivered in partnership by Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Trust (SABP) and Via. It is commissioned to provide substance misuse treatment for people aged 18 and onwards within Surrey.
Location: The role is Surrey wide; we have an admin base in Woking, Guildford, and Redhill, Surrey. This role will involve travel to i-access and other locations across Surrey.
