The focus of these roles is to provide face-to-face and telephone support to both individuals and professionals.
You should have the ability to respond quickly to different situations, be confident, compassionate, and have a good level of resilience. You will need to be able to commit to work at least one shift per month and have a genuine willingness to undertake and engage in appropriate training.
Various shifts are offered for these roles, but we are particularly interested in hearing from night workers.
These roles are subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure.
For the right people, bank work can lead to contracted employment.
