About the role As the Senior Digital Designer you’ll blend creativity and strategy to deliver exceptional visual solutions across multiple digital platforms. Your work will encompass everything from crafting from designing seamless user experiences (UX) and intuitive interfaces (UI) to engaging motion graphics. You’ll also lead CRM campaign design and deliver all-encompassing website and digital content that reflects our clients’ brands. Requirements Experience: 5 years in a digital design role with expertise in UX/UI, and digital design, plus experience in motion design. Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Expertise in Figma, or similar UX/UI design tools. Familiarity with HTML/CSS and collaboration tools like Zeplin or InVision is a plus. Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and web development best practices. Creativity: A keen eye for detail, typography, and design trends. Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and deliver exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities UX Design Create user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps. Conduct UX research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Optimize user flows and interactions for websites, apps, and other digital products. UI Design Design pixel-perfect interfaces that are intuitive and visually compelling. Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards. Work closely with developers to deliver fully functional digital products. CRM Design Design visually engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and CRM templates. Optimize CRM assets for desktop and mobile experiences. Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs drive conversions and engagement. Website & Digital Design Design all visual assets for websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns. Work collaboratively with developers and copywriters to bring concepts to life. Ensure consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints. Desirable skills : Motion Graphics Develop high-quality motion graphics for digital campaigns, websites, and social media. Design animated content that tells stories and captivates audiences. Collaborate with video editors and creative leads to ensure a cohesive look and feel across multimedia. Supporting Responsibilities Design collateral for the wider organisation Participation in creative and strategic brainstorming & ideation sessions Provide design support as part of the pitch & new business process. Assist in the development and crafting of agency case studies. Assist in the proactive work process.
