ABOUT THE JOB

* You’ll have time allocated within your working week to complete practical and written assignments via our online platform, guided by a dedicated learning coach, with the goal of achieving a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.

* Good knowledge of customer service and a genuine passion for tourism.
* Dedicated to achieving goals, targets, and obtaining a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification.
* Self-motivated, receptive to feedback, and positive when facing challenges.
* Willing to adapt to change and new ways of working.
* A team player who engages and collaborates effectively.
* Organized, prideful of work, and able to communicate well.
* Achieved SCQF Level 5 in English and Maths.
* Able to work varied shifts aligned with store hours.
