We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Music Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced educator or a newly qualified teacher looking to make a significant impact on students' musical education and creative development. The successful candidate will join a supportive team with excellent resources and facilities, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.


Key Responsibilities:


* Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Music lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4

* Develop students' musical skills, creativity, and appreciation for a variety of musical genres

* Monitor and report on students' progress, providing constructive feedback

* Encourage participation in musical performances, ensembles, and extracurricular activities

* Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating classroom environment

* Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school events

* Contribute to the development of the Music curriculum and school concerts


Ideal Candidate:


1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
