In just three years, the business has grown to two branches and are now taking on major contracts with leading companies in several sectors. The company installs, maintains, and repairs a wide range of equipment including industrial doors, roller shutters, speed doors, gates, barriers, automatic doors, fire doors, and loading bay equipment.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in the door industry and excellent administrative skills who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys meeting KPIs and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organise and schedule jobs
2. Daily check-ins with Engineers
3. Ensure Engineers' job satisfaction and efficiency
4. Manage SLAs and KPIs effectively
5. Problem-solve and adapt to changes quickly to ensure customer satisfaction
6. Take initiative to improve processes for operational excellence
What We're Looking For
1. Experience in a planner/coordinator role within the service engineering sector, preferably within the door industry
2. Experience planning daily workload for field-based Engineers
3. Extensive knowledge of scheduling and planning
4. Strong administrative and time management skills
5. Ability to work independently and under pressure
6. Experience working against SLAs and KPIs, with a strong drive to meet and exceed them
7. Resilience, tenacity, and confidence in dealing with Engineers and customers alike
8. Ability to challenge and negotiate when necessary to achieve the best outcomes for the business and its customers
