Role Description:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy and enthusiastic Volunteer IT Assistant to help us maintain and improve our IT systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring our team has the tools and support they need to deliver our programmes effectively. Responsibilities include:
* Providing technical support to staff and volunteers (e.g., troubleshooting hardware and software issues).
* Assisting with the setup and maintenance of computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
* Supporting the management of our website and online platforms.
* Helping to improve our IT systems and processes.
* Training staff and volunteers on basic IT tools and software.
What We’re Looking For:
* Basic knowledge of IT systems and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with common software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
* A proactive and problem-solving attitude.
* A passion for community work and making a difference.
* No formal qualifications required – just a willingness to learn and help!
