SEN Teaching Assistant
About the Role:
We are looking for an SEN Teaching Assistant to join a popular, Outstanding primary school in Barnet. This part-time role focuses on supporting two students with learning needs in English and Maths lessons. You'll work mornings (8:30 AM - 1:00 PM) to help these children achieve their full potential academically.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN during English and Maths.
• Assist the class teacher in implementing learning strategies for SEN students.
• Foster a positive learning environment to ensure academic progress.
• Monitor and track students’ progress alongside the teaching team.
