Located in the picturesque setting of Kingennie, the resort offers a diverse range of activities and amenities for guests.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef de Partie located in Brechin. The Chef de Partie will assist in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes according to the restaurant's standards. Responsibilities also include following health and safety guidelines, maintaining kitchen equipment, and working collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
Experience
* Culinary skills including food preparation, cooking, and plating
* Knowledge of health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation
* Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to take direction and multitask
* Formal culinary training or equivalent experience is a plus
* Passion for quality and creativity in food presentation
Having use of your own transport or a reliable source of transport is a must due to the location of the resort.
