Eastlight is seeking an experienced Tenancy Coordinator to join our fantastic Housing team on a Permanent, Full-time basis! This role involves supporting residents to sustain their tenancies, ensuring their independence, well-being, and quality of life. You will deliver consistent tenancy management services across relevant properties, acting as a referral point and liaising with external agencies to connect residents with necessary services. You will work to consistently improve our services, while ensuring all regulatory, contractual, and quality standards are met, and empowering residents to have control over their homes and communities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in tenancy management or sustainment and a strong commitment to customer service. Essential skills for success include excellent communication skills and the ability to manage services in line with regulatory standards. A passion for empowering residents and a proactive approach to community-based service delivery are key for success in this role.

* £41,033 annual base salary + £2,200 annual car allowance
* Permanent Contract, Full-time (37h p/w)
* Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
