What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a leader with significant pastoral experience to further enhance what is already a very strong aspect of our school provision. This role offers challenge and excitement in equal measure: the ideal candidate will be a colleague who can inspire and bring out the best in both students and staff. The successful candidate will work closely with a wide range of staff to support the wellbeing of our students and will uphold our ethos of working hard, being kind and being ambitious.
