Come and join us Main duties of the job As the Wintle Ward Manager, you would be responsible for the effective operational management, organisation and delivery of high-quality nursing care and clinical leadership within the inpatient ward. You will provide, maintain and develop nursing care to the optimum standard possible within the resources provided. The ward manager is seen as a clinical leader, providing role modelling, facilitation, and education to the nursing team. To take the lead in ensuring effective joint working with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensureresponsive and appropriate service delivery to users and carers.
