My client are looking to appoint an Order Processor on a permanent, full-time basis to support their growing organisation. Responsibilities: Process customer orders through email, Zendesk, and phone channels. Handle customer inquiries efficiently via telephone, email, and Zendesk. Ensure all orders are processed within the same day, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Provide customer support, helping to resolve any issues related to orders and products. Required Skills & Qualifications: Confident, assertive, and experienced in customer service/inbound sales. Knowledge of SAP is a distinct advantage. Excellent telephone manner with the ability to stay composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to handle various customer inquiries while communicating the company’s warranty and replacement procedures. Competent in Excel and proficient in basic office tools. Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, good judgment, and initiative. Self-motivated with a strong focus on customer service and the ability to work effectively under pressure. Hours of work are (Apply online only) Monday to Friday, this is an office-based role
