Chief Commercial Officer The Chief Commercial Officer will join the leadership team, and be responsible for driving growth in the business. They will lead the commercial function, including sales, business development and marketing. The CCO will operate strategically, contributing to business planning, growth and value to shareholders. Key responsibilities: Strategic leadership and business development, including identifying and developing new markets and routes to market for NCIMBs unique service offering. Growing our licensing and commercial partnership revenue stream. Driving sales and revenue growth by enhancing the commercial approach in-house. Developing marketing strategies to expand NCIMBs reach in target markets. Lead, mentor and develop the commercial team. Manage the business development and marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive growth and profitability. Provide regular updates to the Board of Directors on the commercial performance, market trends, and strategic opportunities, including sales progress and new business developments. Contribute to the business planning process, offering insights that support decision-making and long-term growth objectives. Collaborate closely with the CEO, CTO, CFO, and other members of the senior leadership team to align commercial strategies with broader company goals and objectives. This is a full-time position and the candidate should spend at least 25% of their time on site in Aberdeen.
