Job Description
Due to continued growth, we are now seeking a Human Resources Shared Service Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team at our Market Drayton site.
As HR Shared Services Admin you will act as first point of contact across the business for all HR administration and provide a comprehensive service supporting all HR transactional work.
As the successful candidate, you will contribute to the overall success of the site, and will report directly to the HR Shared Services Manager.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 (hybrid working)
Job Duties of HR Shared Services Administrator:
1. Making appropriate system changes in relation to, New Starters, Leavers, Temporary Workers, Benefits, Pension and Payroll.
2. Monitoring and responding to emails coming into the HR Services email box.
3. Raise Approval to Recruits (ATR) for Non-Management positions in the Group.
4. Raise Payroll Adjustment Forms (PAF) for the employees employed by the Group.
5. Processing new starters, movers and leavers.
6. Initiating reference requests for new starters and accurately complete external requests for references within an agreed timescale.
7. Maintaining and adjusting shift patterns on the time and attendance system.
8. Maintaining employee E files.
9. Processing new starters and leavers and updating their employee files, drawing up contractual paperwork and sending this out via DocuSign
10. Response and resolve of queries & tasks that come into the Central Admin Team Email Inbox.
11. Creation of Clock Cards - new and replacements
12. Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
13. Maintaining Company confidentiality and high standards of professionalism
Qualifications
14. Previous experience within an Administrative based role
15. Highly organised with ability to prioritise and multi-task high volume of daily work requests.
16. Great attention to detail and accuracy
17. The ability to work accurately under pressure.
18. Effectively prioritise work load in order to meet set deadlines.
19. Able to work as part of a team and/or individually.
20. Able to work effectively and communicate effectively to all levels.
21. Previous experience of using SAP HR System and Smart Recruiter ATS would be beneficial
22. Be professional, approachable and helpful to ensure smooth running of the general HR operation
