Porsche Cars GB (PCGB) is the official importer and distributor of Porsche vehicles in the United Kingdom. It is responsible for overseeing the sales, marketing, and service of Porsche cars in the UK, as well as managing a network of authorised Porsche Centres across the country. PCGB is one of the largest and oldest Porsche Clubs in the world. As a department coordinator, you will provide exceptional and proactive support to the team, managing calendars, organising and following up on meetings, handling inquiries, arranging travel, and more. A key part of the role will be to ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to and regularly reviewed to ensure suitability and compatibility with Company guidelines.
This role will sit within the legal department, supporting both Porsche Cars GB and Porsche Retail Group.
Requirements
* Provide administrative support to the legal team by preparing and modifying letters and legal documents, such as contracts and court paperwork, utilising manuscript notes.
* Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with all internal stakeholders (UK and Porsche AG) and external partners.
* Publish and enhance the insurance sections of the company's intranet, keeping the content up to date. Delivery of training, where necessary.
* Act as the main point of contact regarding insurance inquiries and facilitate policy renewal, daily administration of the insurance programme including dispensing advice, liaising with insurance brokers, coordinating exceptional adjustments for insurance cover (e.g. events/new business) and coordinating processing insurance claims, with the support of the PAG insurance desk and the organization's insurance broker.
* Assist in the oversight and management of the Legal Budget, including monthly reporting, processing invoice payments, handling SAP purchase requisitions, and managing purchase order workflows.
* Evaluate and manage insurance coverage for group entities, including events, personal and company fleets; support data aggregation for insurance renewal processes and manage the distribution of insurance certificates.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Capability to work independently and deliver results efficiently
* Previous experience in providing project management support and coordination
* An inherently curious nature, eager to comprehend the intricacies of the business, both at the PCGB and Porsche AG levels
* Exceptional organizational skills, showcasing effective systems, tools, and techniques to streamline processes
