Business Development Manager
Location: Swindon to Gloucester
Salary: 40-45k basic plus 20k OTE Uncapped (top achievers much higher)

The Role:
You will be responsible for building a pipeline of new business prospects and winning contracts with business customers from SME to Corporate level across varied markets. You’ll be selling leading brand products across MPS, IT security and hardware, and Telecommunications, contributing to growth and revenue targets as set out in the Sales Strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Grow, nurture, develop and retain new and existing business in selected sales markets or territories within the SMB to Enterprise level market.
* Help prospective/existing customers solve their business problems through excellent consultation and a customer-focused attitude.
* Exceed the monthly sales target.
* Develop a strong pipeline across multiple technology areas.
* Achieve activity KPIs set by Sales Manager.
You:
We’re looking for someone ambitious, friendly, forward-thinking, and innovative. You’ll bring a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally with a background in IT, technology, telecommunications, or security systems.
