* Promote and perform functions in relation to the sales and services following project completion, such as service contracts, chargeable visits/repairs, quotations and other supported products.
* Coordinate a managed services team of regionally based service engineers to ensure a consistence and affective delivery of Zumtobel Group services.
* Manage and perform tasks associated with technical support, including spare parts administration, technical assistance, service order allocation and tracking as well as invoicing.
* Review service reports, SLA's, engineer productivity, and carry out the appropriate actions to ensure the service levels are maintained.
* Handling requests from clients who wish to organise call outs, liaising with the Operations Manager as well as field service engineers to ensure attendance is made within a suitable timeframe and fault(s) reported are investigated and/or resolved in a satisfactory manner.
* Prepare and issue service contract quotes and ensure the quotes are commercially sound.
* Constant liaison with all stakeholders establishing a good working relationship based on our values.
* Ensure accuracy and strict adherence to procedures and process.
* Manage the preparation of quotes as required for service-related items.
Previous experience in Service Coordination & Service operations.
* Experience of using Sesam and SAP systems.
* Good working knowledge of IT systems such as MS Office - Word, Excel, etc.
* Solid communication skills working well across all levels.
* Good organisational skills, multi-tasking and the ability to work under pressure.
