Annual salary: up to £90,000.00 Head of Retrofit Solutions Remote/home-based Full Time Remote role, paying a starting salary of up to £90,000 depending on experience, plus car allowance or a company car and great company benefits. Mears has made excellent progress in supporting social housing clients to develop and deliver their domestic retrofit solutions including support on developing investable propositions that have led to securing significant Social Housing Decarbonisation (SHDF) funding with aspirations for further client success through the Warm Homes: Social Housing Fund (WH:SHF) in 2025. You will have experience of SHDF, HUG and ECO including initial solution design to monitoring effective compliance with PAS2035 and DESNZ funding requirements. Role Criteria To support our aspiration, we are growing our specialist team. We are looking for an innovative self-starter to lead the Domestic Retrofit Solution service including: Domestic retrofit solution development to existing and prospective clients to support them to deliver their carbon reduction priorities and net zero aspirations Ensure compliance with PAS2035 and DESNZ funding requirements of SHDF/WH:SHF domestic retrofit projects in conjunction with clients and operational colleagues. Domestic retrofit accreditation and compliance requirements of the Group Manage and develop a specialist team Person Specification To be successful in this role you must hold the following: Broad experience and track record of developing solutions for domestic retrofit and related projects to affect change Experience working in/with social housing clients Experience of SHDF/WH:SHF/HUG/ECO funding requirements and application process Experience of SHDF/DESNZ monthly reporting, delivery partner meetings and processes Domestic retrofit solution design development Client relationship management experience Experience of domestic retrofit accreditation and compliance requirements Leading and/or delivering outstanding customer focused services Experience working with internal and external partners to deliver projects Managing and developing a high performing team Benefits Car Allowance or company car Enhanced Pension Scheme Company Sick Pay Family friendly policy to include enhanced maternity/paternity leave and much more.
