You will handle a variety of commercial cases, including bridging, commercial, and development finance, therefore having a well-rounded knowledge and experience in these areas is essential. Requirements • Provide expert property finance advice and guidance to clients. • Assist clients in securing the most suitable finance products. • Assess clients' financial information, creditworthiness, and eligibility. • Analyse and compare finance products from various lenders. • Stay updated with new finance products and regulatory changes. • Maintain clear and effective communication with all parties involved.
