Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in a hybrid capacity. This role demands expertise in 360-degree recruitment and a balanced approach to sales and recruitment responsibilities (50-50 split). Additionally, candidates who can successfully establish and develop a permanent desk or contribute to both temporary and permanent staffing solutions will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates across the healthcare, education, and housing sectors. Conduct business development activities to identify and secure new clients and opportunities. Meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets while maintaining high-quality service standards. Build a robust candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking. Establish and develop a permanent desk or contribute to both temporary and permanent staffing solutions. Provide market insights and tailored advice to clients and candidates. Collaborate effectively with the team to ensure successful placement outcomes. Required Skills : Proven experience in 360-degree recruitment. Strong skills in sales and business development within a recruitment context. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a hybrid setting, balancing office and remote work. Knowledge or experience in the healthcare, education, or housing sectors is highly desirable.
