The HR Services Coordinator will perform tasks, activities and processes that ensure the effective administration of the people team and for people related queries of our iQers. This role reports to the Head of People Operations and will also support the Payroll and Data Manager and People Advisor as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive administration support relating to the employee lifecycle; including onboarding, contractual changes, and leavers. Ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date, especially in relation to joiners and leavers.
2. Ensure all RTW and DBS checks have been completed and highlight any areas of concern. Also ensure any legislative changes to RTW checks are communicated to the wider People Team.
3. Manage and maintain all people systems and platforms and ensure accuracy of data input (specifically iTrent).
4. Monitor case management system and ensure all tickets are allocated to relevant functions and responded to within agreed SLA’s.
5. Proactively engage with the business and assist with queries to the People team, escalating where required.
6. Support Recruitment Lead in engaging with new joiners prior to commencement.
7. Carry out People Induction with new joiners on their first day and work with hiring managers to ensure Onboarding induction is in place.
8. Conduct new joiner check-in calls 3 months after starting to ensure new iQer is settling in well and the iQ experience is matching expectations. Highlight any feedback and areas for improvement.
9. Keep up to date on legislative changes, updating letters to reflect where necessary.
10. Support Engagement Lead with all administration for Employee Engagement Survey.
Knowledge & Qualifications:
1. Up to date knowledge of UK employment law and legislative changes.
2. Familiarity with requirements for Right to Work checks.
3. Use of HR Systems, iTrent knowledge is desirable.
4. Studying toward CIPD (desirable).

1. Customer focus mindset and able to deliver great customer service.
2. Thrives in a fast-paced administrative role.
3. Highly organised, able to multi-task and prioritise effectively, with a high attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
5. Self-starter with proactive and positive in approach.
6. Familiar with HR Information Systems, in particular I-Trent.
7. Good Excel and wider MS Office skills.
8. Able to build rapport and relationships across all levels of the business.
9. Takes ownership of their own personal development.
