Description Reporting to the UK General Manager, with a dotted line to the Group HR Director, you'll lead HR for the UK business, supporting approx. 200 employees a small team of two. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in change environments, enjoys process improvement, and is passionate about driving cultural and operational transformation. Key responsibilities and project focuses Lead and deliver HR strategy aligned with business objectives Partner with SLT to develop management and leadership capability Support organisation design and operating model improvements Enhance Trade Union relationships, agreements, and policy development Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and employee experience Drive key projects in talent acquisition, talent & performance development and engagement The UK HR Lead needs to be visible and engaged with stakeholders, so the business expects a 4-day on-site presence to make a real impact. That said, they still value flexibility and hybrid working, ensuring the right balance. Profile We are seeking someone with proven experience within a management level role, partnering with a senior stakeholder group. You'll have experience in manufacturing environment, ideally within a global matrix organisation. You'll be a change agent with a track record of delivering business change & transformation projects - and be calm, solutions-focused approach.You have strong stakeholder engagement skills, and be able to influence at all levels. Job Offer This role offers a salary of £60,000 to £65,000 per annum (dependant on experience), plus a suite of benefits.
