To ensure we continue to provide quality support and training, we are looking for two dynamic Business Support Managers - Preventative Health Advocates (North and south regions) to join our training and development team.
Providing support, development, and training to our teams across within the UK this role aims to improve pet health outcomes, improve client engagement and support business growth. Proactively identifying opportunities within our Veterinary practices to drive and raise knowledge of preventative health treatments and vaccination programmes through providing training and support to Veterinary teams.
Collaborating with our Business Support Managers, Business Development Directors, Practice Management Teams and relevant external stakeholders, you will help, align preventative advocacy initiatives with practice goals.
The ideal candidate will have Veterinary sector experience, and the ability to create and deliver training programs and resources to encourage engagement. Both inspirational and motivational, providing direction, guidance and encouragement and be skilled in collaborating, organising projects and communicating with stakeholders and clients alike. A field-based role that involves travel to surrounding VetPartners practices and our Central support office in York.
Key Responsibilities: Train veterinary teams on preventative health protocols and effective client communication. Identify and target lapsed vaccinations, supporting outreach efforts. Develop client engagement strategies to promote preventative care. Analyze vaccination and parasiticide trends, providing insights for improvement. Collaborate with veterinary professionals and industry partners to drive advocacy efforts.
Skills and Experience Required: Veterinary sector experience
- previous experience working in a veterinary practice or related industry. Client communication & sales ability
- strong ability to engage with pet owners and influence vaccine decisions. Training & education skills
- ability to deliver engaging training to veterinary teams. Data analysis
- capability to interpret practice data and identify trends. Project management
- experience managing initiatives and driving practice-level change. Stakeholder management
