Responsibilities
Assist registered practitioners in the delivery of care services to patients.
Conduct initial assessments and support the development of care plans.
Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
Provide personal care support to patients including mobility assistance and hygiene tasks.
Administer medications as per the supervision and guidance of qualified staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and improvement strategies.
Requirements
Current certification in healthcare-related field (e.g. healthcare assistant, nursing associate).
Basic understanding of clinical procedures and healthcare practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Empathy and the ability to offer emotional support to clients and their families.
Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to health and safety regulations.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 19:00
Pay Per Annum: £17.90
Location: Southwark, South East London
