Receptionist/Administrator | Full-Time | £12.60 PH | North Birmingham This is a superb opportunity to work for a Blue-Chip Organisation in the sporting/hospitality sector, on the outskirts of Birmingham. As the first point of contact, you will be fully self-sufficient, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. You will the first impression to all visitors, therefore it is crucial to be an ambassador for the business and welcome all that visit professionally, ensuring that the experience is a memorable and positive one. Duties include: Greet visitors and adhere to security protocols. Provide advice and directions to visitors; liaising with departments regarding appointments. Manage incoming telephone and email enquiries. Assist the Senior Receptionist with general administration, including: Data entry and report collation. Document production (binding, photocopying, laminating, typing). Administer the Pool Car booking process. Coordinate emails and forward them to relevant departments. Maintain online staff contact details and photographs. Distribute post to VP departments. Be available for additional hours as needed. Welcome hospitality customers and VIPs. Requirements: Proven experience in a busy reception and office administration. Ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate discretion. Have a strong presence. Polite and professional attitude. Able to think on your feet and problem-solve professionally. Flexibility to work planned events, including evenings and weekends. Hours: You will work 35 hours per week (9 am to 5 pm), including some evenings and weekends as required.
