As we continue to grow, were looking for experienced and motivated Drainage Engineers to join our expanding team.Role Overview:We are seeking skilled and proactive Drainage Engineers with at least 2 years of hands-on experience.
You will work across a range of commercial properties, carrying out a variety of drainage-related tasks with a focus on high standards, safety, and customer service.Key Responsibilities:Unblock drains and carry out fault-finding investigationsConduct CCTV drain surveys and prepare detailed reportsCarry out high-pressure water jettingPerform drain excavations and new drain installationsAssist with minor plumbing repairs and installationsPrepare accurate quotations for remedial worksEnsure compliance with all health and safety regulationsEssential Requirements:Minimum 2 years experience in drainage engineeringProficient in: drain laying, CCTV surveys, high-pressure jetting, and quotingOS19X CertificationStrong technical skills and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethicHigh attention to detail and a commitment to qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFull UK driving licence (required)Flexible availability for occasional overtime and call-outsWilling to work a minimum of 45 hours per weekWhat We Offer:Competitive basic salary: £33,800 £44,200 (depending on experience)Bonus scheme and performance-based incentives£20/hour for out-of-hours work£50 weekend standby fee (plus £20/hour for working hours)Company-branded vehicle providedFull uniform and PPE supplied20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidaysCompany pension schemeOngoing training and developmentCareer progression opportunities into senior field-based rolesSupportive and professional team environmentIf you're a qualified and experienced Drainage Engineer looking for a long-term career with a reputable and expanding company, apply now.
