Job Description - Talent Acquisition Coordinator (15360)
Location: Luton
Team: The team of Talent Acquisition Coordinators is tasked with coordinating all the recruitment activities behind the scenes for the Talent Acquisition Team Volume. Within this team, the Talent Acquisition Specialists will assist the coordinators in ensuring a robust pool of candidates for all volume selection events.
What you'll be doing:
The main purpose of the TA Coordinators is to ensure the smooth operation of the easyJet Recruitment team and provide comprehensive support to new entrants, meeting all necessary requirements from pre-employment to day 1 of their easyJet career. Their responsibilities include maintaining consistency in candidate selection standards, managing a high volume of applicants, supporting candidate transition, and maintaining regular communication with candidates and business stakeholders.
The job accountabilities of TA Coordinators include:
1. Managing Taleo vacancies on a daily basis.
2. Ensuring proper functioning of online testing and moving candidates through the testing process.
3. Screening applications and filling assessment centres.
4. Scheduling assessment centre dates according to course plans.
5. Collaborating with Volume Recruiters to ensure sufficient bookings.
6. Liaising with base management teams and testing providers.
7. Coordinating venue bookings.
8. Managing purchase orders if necessary.
9. Organising candidate files and updating the system.
10. Assigning training course start dates to successful candidates.
11. Assisting with assessment centre delivery.
12. Handling administration and paperwork.
13. Managing the hold pool and providing updates to candidates.
14. Monitoring recruitment inboxes and addressing queries.
15. Supporting the Recruitment Manager's activities.
16. Promoting easyJet as an employer.
17. Being flexible to attend assessment events across the network when required.

6. Proven expertise in communication, people management, teamwork, and relationship development.

8. A high degree of IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Location & Hours of Work:
This role will be hybrid working 3 days a week based in Luton and may include some travel.
