Job Description
Bosch Engineering is a leading provider of calibration for a variety of niche gasoline & hybrid powered automotive customers. Within the UK we offer support in all stages of vehicle development within EMS and ESP systems. This ranges from in-vehicle & desktop calibration of advanced management systems for active safety (ESP, ABS, TCS) and engine management (emissions, performance & fuel economy).
Being based at the MIRA Technology Park in Warwickshire, our engineering students support across all departments and play a valuable & integral part in day to day work.
Daily activities include:
* Supporting engineers in various stages of software & calibration development
* Support of calibration data gathering & analysis (Emissions, in-vehicle, and application testing)
* Basic mechanical tasks & vehicle maintenance
* Preparing vehicle for testing
* Creation of data analysis tools
* Support and creation of initial calibration strategies
Qualifications
* Degree level Engineering student or similar
* Fundamental understanding of internal combustion engines & vehicle systems
* Full driving license
* Keen interest in the automotive industry
Desired Skills:
* MATLAB / coding experience
* Confident in taking an active and creative approach
* Proficient in MS Office applications
Additional Information
This is a 12-month internship beginning in June or July 2025. This position is open to undergraduates or Masters students who are required to partake in a work placement as part of their course.
* One-off signing on gross payment of £1,200

Location: You will be based at our Mira Nuneaton site.
Shortlisted candidates will then be invited to participate in a face-to-face interview by the hiring team and/or an online assessment centre.
