Axcis Education are working with a mainstream village primary school to recruit a SEND teaching assistant to support students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis, and also in small groups. This school is a C of E school and therefore their ethos and values are based around this, nurturing an inclusive, safe and productive environment that allows the students to grow and develop into independent and contributing individuals.
In this role, the successful applicant will be asked to support students on a 1:1 basis in the classroom primarily and enable students to access the curriculum and achieve their potential. Applicants successful in supporting this approach will be:

The school hours are 8:30-3:30, and successful applicants will be able to support the school's educational ethos and contribute to the school's approach. Due to the school's rural location, being a driver is preferable but not essential.
