Permanent Teaching Assistant Level 2 positions:
1. Full time (34 hours). Term time only
2. Part time 3 days a week (19.8 hours). Term time only
3. Part time 2 days a week (13.2 hours). Term time only
Daily working pattern is 8.35am – 3.40pm Monday to Friday, excluding Wednesday which is 8.35am – 4.45pm. Term time only.
We are looking to recruit experienced teaching assistants who:
1. Will commit to working positively for our pupils and school community;
2. Will support learners in all aspects of their development;
3. Will work in our nursery, mainstream classes and our learning resource base classes;
4. Will use their skillset and expertise to enhance learning opportunities for our pupils;
5. Will work under the guidance of teachers, yet will show initiative and integrity;
6. Can deliver a range of specific literacy, numeracy or wellbeing programmes.
In your application please state clearly your preferred working hours from full time or part time 2 days or part time 3 days. Also, include your experience in a TA role to date and in particular your experiences of delivering wellbeing, literacy or numeracy programmes.

Candidates will have NVQ level 2 Teaching Assistant, or an equivalent, qualification.
