This role covers the Central South of England (Surrey, Berkshire, Hampshire and Dorset). You will be responsible for driving sales, promoting the Titleist brand, and supporting our partners within the territory. You’ll bring value to our high-performing team by demonstrating the following skills and competencies: • Strong track record of sales excellence, ideally within a FMCG industry, • Outstanding people skills, ensuring strong trade partnerships are formed, • The ability to educate trade partners on brand products and philosophies, • Outstanding merchandising skills coupled with a ‘sell through mentality’, • Target driven, with a strong will to succeed, • Highly self-motivated individual, with the ability to work within a team, • IT Literate, with strong planning and organisation skills. • Effective written and face to face communication skills. • Negotiation and account management skills. • Effective time management • Good business acumen. • The ability to use relevant computer applications and to think creatively, analytically and commercially. The successful candidate will be required to live within the sales territory and will be required to stay away overnight on occasion. As this is field-based role it requires someone who is comfortable spending the maximum amount of time in front of customers.
