We have built a large portfolio of customers and are looking for a senior engineer to help manage and develop our large customer base, being part of the team who drives this forward, whilst also assisting to support what we have when needed. The Role We are looking for a senior engineers to help support and maintain our existing managed IT Support client base and develop / drive forward new requirements, currently we are deploying a wide variety of Azure of Office 365 services, the role will be varied and interesting and will include: · Acting as a technical escalation point to the IT service desk · Work with our technical architects to plan, build and install IT systems ranging from o Cloud deployments o On Premise & Cloud servers o Azure PaaS, IaaS, and SaaS o Pro services installations A broad skill set is required for this role as you are the escalation point for the service desk.
