Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working exclusively with a privately owned passionate business to recruit for a Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper on a permanent basis.
For this role you will be managing all aspects of the nominal ledger, purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control an be AAT Qualified.
* Salary - £27,000 to 35,000
* Hours – Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm with a half hour lunch and 2 x 15 min breaks
* 28 days holiday and pension plan

The Job will involve ledger reconciliations, chasing debtors, purchase invoicing. This is a varied role so applicants must be willing to be flexible in their duties, become a motivated member of a small close-knit team and be willing to learn about the organisation as a whole.
* Experience of sage Line 50 is essential
* Raising and processing Sales Invoices
* Supplier enquiries and dealing with Debit notes
* General administrator duties supporting the M.D.
* Purchase Ledger
* Sales Ledger inc credit control
