Finance Manager
Location: Huddersfield - Hybrid (3 days in the office)
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
About the Role:

Agility is looking for a seasoned Finance Manager to manage daily financial operations and work closely with the Director of Finance. This role encompasses financial planning, analysis, reporting, cost control, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
* Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance and trend analysis.
* Manage the outsourced payroll process, including pension contributions.
* Oversee the month-end process, preparing draft financial reports and accounts packs.
* Support quarterly and annual financial reporting activities.
* Monitor financial performance, identifying key drivers and variances.
* Track and improve financial KPIs.
* Manage cash flow, ensuring effective liquidity and working capital management.
* Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely collections.
* Identify and address financial risks and opportunities within business units.
Qualifications:
* ACCA / CIMA certification
* Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar financial leadership role
* Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulations
* Proficiency in Sage, Xero, and Excel
